These terms apply to this website (dailyoffline.com) and the pre-launch waitlist. By joining the waitlist you agree to them. The Daily Offline app will have its own terms at launch.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and reserves nothing to purchase — it simply asks us to email you about launch and early access.
- Access is offered in limited groups. Early access and a direct say in what ships are goodwill benefits we intend to honor, not a paid guarantee, and features may change before launch.
- You confirm you are 18 or older when you join.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, submit others' details without consent, or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The Daily Offline name, logo, copy, and design are ours. You may share links to the site freely.
No warranty
This pre-launch site is provided “as is,” without warranties. We may change or take down the site, and update these terms, at any time; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
